Disney is well-known for their excellent service, and if you need help with questions or other issues when you're in the parks, there are several options:

• Guest Services is located just inside each theme park. They are available to help with a myriad of issues, from problems with your My Disney Experience app to Genie+ strategies to Memory Maker questions.

• Blue tents with the words Guest Experience Team are scattered throughout the parks. The cast members under the tents can also answer questions.

• Most every cast member you encounter will either help address your issues or direct you to someone who can.
