Dining Information

Dining can be booked 60 days before your trip for guests staying at a Disney Resort. I’ll reach out to you about a week before your dining window opens with information and suggestions on restaurants. We can schedule a call if you’d like to discuss dining options.

Character Dining

Character dining is one of the highlights of a Disney World vacation! Chef Mickey’s at the Contemporary and Garden Grill at Epcot are excellent options. In Magic Kingdom, if you have a dinner reservation at Be Our Guest, the Beast will stroll through the room, and Cinderella will make an appearance at Cinderella’s Royal Table. Hollywood and Vine at Hollywood Studios has Disney Junior characters, and Topolino’s Terrace at the Riviera Resort hosts Mickey and friends at breakfast. Artist’s Point at Wilderness Lodge Resort allows guests to see Snow White, the Dwarfs, and the Wicked Queen.

Theme Park Dining

Magic Kingdom: Enjoy traditional New England fare served family-style in a Colonial-style inn at Liberty Tree Tavern. The greenhouse-inspired Crystal Palace serves Southern food family-style.

Epcot: This is the park with the very best restaurants. Chefs de France is excellent. Biergarten transports guests to a German town with lively music. Space 220 takes guests up two hundred and twenty miles above earth from dining with a spectacular view of our home planet.

Hollywood Studios: If you’re a Star Wars fan, Oga’s Cantina is a lot of fun, but it’s drinks and appetizers only. I love the theming at 50s Prime Time Cafe and the Sci-Fi Drive-in Diner. Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano has great food and a cozy atmosphere. Toy Story World has its very first sit-down dining restaurant - Roundup Rodeo BBQ. Guests will dine among “play sets” of a western town and train station while “rodeo festivities” take place during the meal of BBQ fare served family-style!

Animal Kingdom: Tusker House and Yak and Yeti are great options for this park.

Disney Springs Dining

Disney Springs is a great choice for a non-park day. There are some amazing restaurants along with shopping.

The Boathouse is my favorite! It has a seafood-focused menu with a nautical theme and a great spot on the water. Morimoto Asia is a beautiful restaurant featuring Pan-Asian cuisine. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ offers yummy comfort food, and City Works is a great place to watch sports while you enjoy a wonderful meal. and Kids love T-REX and the Rainforest Cafe.

A few reminders:

There are also some wonderful restaurants at the resorts. This can be an especially fun way to spend a day when you’re not going to the parks. In the parks, I recommend making reservations for lunch. That’s usually when the parks are very busy, so it’s a good time to enjoy a break. Most every restaurant just requires a credit card to hold the reservation. If you want to cancel, there’s no charge as long as you do it more than 24 hours ahead.
